The ideal candidate has 15+ years in civil project management, a PE license, and proficiency with Bentley ORD, Civil 3D, and GIS tools.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited civil engineering degree; PE license recommended
• PE license required or equivalent
• 15+ years of experience in civil/project management
• Experience with local county/state clients
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Business development experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead large, high-dollar projects ensuring quality, schedule, and budget
• Develop project management plans and quality management plans
• Create and maintain project schedules
• Manage subconsultants and groups across disciplines
• Communicate status to stakeholders and prepare progress reports
• Support marketing, proposals, and win strategies
• Mentor and lead project teams and track performance
