American Water seeks a Lead Engineering Project Manager (Water Resources) to direct multiple large capital projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with production and network objectives. You will lead a team and coordinate with Operations, Regulatory, and external partners to deliver safe, reliable water services.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 8+ years of water resource project delivery; PMP preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of project delivery experience for major water resources projects.
• Engineer-in-training (EIT) or PMP certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage delivery of multiple large, complex capital projects from inception to completion.
• Monitor budgets and schedules for capital investment projects and programs.
• Drive efficiency by tracking delivery metrics and optimizing delivery approaches.
• Coordinate with Operations to meet operational needs and assess impacts.
• Interface with regulators, land access, permits, and other approvals.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure project success.
