Qualifications

• This role requires strong process, project, and program management skills.
• It requires excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering capital projects for water resources is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of multiple medium to small capital projects from inception to completion.
• Monitor budgets and schedules for projects and programs of moderate scope.
• Drive efficiency in project delivery through performance metrics and procurement approaches.
• Coordinate with Operations to align project delivery with operations needs.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulatory criteria, and CPM procedures.
• Coordinate land acquisition, easements, permits, and other approvals with internal and external groups.
