Stantec in Milwaukee is seeking a Senior-Level Water Resources Engineer who can work independently on small and medium projects and contribute as a team member on larger efforts.

You will conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, lead design decisions, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with clients, regulators, and contractors to advance flood mitigation and land development projects.

Aufgaben

• Oversee medium- and large- sized projects of high complexity and provide input on smaller projects.
• Serve as Engineer-of-Record.
• Provide technical leadership for civil-related projects, including client relationship management and business development.
• Perform on technically complex projects and guide other team members.
• Coordinate project scope, budgets, and schedules with Project Managers.
• Lead project coordination meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Prepare and coordinate project specifications with construction documents.
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control on own projects and peers’ projects.
• Develop new standards and specifications for the discipline.
• Be the primary client contact to obtain project requirements and approvals.
• Stay current on regulatory policy and engage with regulatory officials.
• Support proposals and contract negotiations, and participate in client interviews.
