Qualifications
- 8+ years of consulting experience in water resources or related fields.
- Experience leading planning, design, permitting, and construction projects.
- Strong technical writing and client-service skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and meetings.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams for stormwater and watershed projects.
- Manage planning, design, permitting, and construction-phase work.
- Oversee hydrologic/hydraulic analyses and modeling using SWMM, HEC-RAS, and GIS workflows.
- Coordinate environmental permitting and agency engagement.
- Support funding strategy, grant applications, and client development.
- Mentor junior staff and ensure quality control across deliverables.
- Engage clients with clear technical materials for diverse audiences.
- Contribute to business development and proposal activities.
