IMEG is seeking a lead civil engineer to design and analyze infrastructure and site projects. You will guide projects from concept through construction, coordinating budgets, schedules, and QC while communicating with clients and stakeholders.

You'll mentor staff, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with codes and safety, and resolve construction issues to deliver high-quality outcomes. A PE license and extensive building-design experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer license.
• At least seven years of experience in the building design consulting industry; eight years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering design and analysis for infrastructure and site projects; coordinate project delivery, budgets, schedules, quality control, and client communication.
• Mentor staff; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; support construction issue resolution; ensure work meets codes, safety requirements, and client expectations.
