Job summary

IMEG Corporation's Water Resources engineering team in Billings, MT is seeking a Sr. Water Resources Engineer to lead design efforts as a project manager or lead engineer for moderate to complex projects.

You will collaborate with engineers and consultants to deliver client-focused outcomes, manage budgets, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to owner standards and IMEG quality control processes, while focusing on water resources when applicable.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 7+ years of building design or civil engineering experience.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee and manage projects from design through construction.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, and proposals with executives.
• Mentor staff and lead cross-disciplinary teams.
• Ensure designs meet owner standards, IMEG policies, and codes.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate project status clearly.
