Job summary

IMEG Corporation seeks a Senior Civil Engineer in Southern California, with a base in Anaheim, Ontario, or Pasadena. You will lead large civil infrastructure and site design projects, mentor junior engineers, manage client coordination and develop business opportunities for a 100% ESOP firm.

You will oversee scopes, schedules, budgets, and quality control, ensuring designs comply with owner standards, IMEG standards, and codes. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• PE License required.
• 14 years of experience minimum in building design consulting; 16 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and complex civil infrastructure and site design projects.
• Mentor developing engineers and build client relationships.
• Manage scope, schedule, quality, and client coordination.
• Create project schedules with milestones and deadlines.
• Oversee monthly billings and update billing projections.
• Ensure design meets owner, IMEG, and code requirements.
• Coordinate design staff and lead progress meetings across design phases.
• Lead project interviews and presentations.
• Resolve client and construction concerns and manage change orders.
