Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• 7+ years in building design consulting; 8+ preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee, and manage projects of varying size and complexity.
• Assist Project and Client Executives with design scopes, fee calculations, and contract reviews.
• Create project schedules with milestones and deadlines.
• Serve as point of contact for teams and clients; attend meetings.
• Mentor, train, and lead others; develop client relationships.
• Ensure designs meet owner standards, IMEG standards, and codes.
