Job summary

IMEG Corporation in Southern California is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead large civil infrastructure and site design projects in Anaheim, Ontario, or Pasadena. The role focuses on client contact, project leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration across a 100% ESOP firm.

You will mentor engineers, build client relationships, contribute to business development, and ensure designs meet owner standards, IMEG guidelines, and code requirements.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required or equivalent
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 14+ years in building design consulting; 16 preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex civil infrastructure and site design projects; act as client contact
• Mentor developing engineers and build client relationships
• Coordinate with business development on opportunities and proposals
• Create project schedules, milestones, and progress reports
• Oversee design quality, owner standards, codes and IMEG guidelines
• Lead project interviews, presentations, and progress meetings
• Handle change orders and contract reviews; ensure timely delivery
