The role emphasizes hydrology and hydraulics analyses and collaboration with project teams. The successful candidate will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with Project Managers, ensure code compliance, and contribute to business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of water resources experience with hydraulics and dam/reservoir projects.
• Active CA PE license or by comity is a plus.
• Experience with public and private sector clients.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical engineering leadership for hydrology and hydraulics analyses.
• Lead planning, analysis, and design of large-diameter pipelines and aqueducts.
• Oversee dam/reservoir design and water treatment facility projects.
• Prepare design reports, construction documents, and cost estimates.
• Mentor Project Engineers and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support client meetings and business development efforts.
