Job summary

ACCIONA seeks a Technical Manager to support the Technical Lead in engineering execution for a major water project. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure timely technical deliverables, and maintain compliance with design standards and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes integration of design packages, risk management, and interface coordination across disciplines to achieve project objectives while maintaining quality and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or related Engineering.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience on large water, wastewater, or conveyance infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day engineering and technical activities in support of project objectives.
• Coordinate engineering across treatment, conveyance, intake/discharge, pumping, storage, and operational systems.
• Ensure deliverables meet project requirements, standards, procedures, and budget.
• Support development of engineering work plans, resource plans, and technical schedules.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design reviews and manage interfaces among disciplines and stakeholders.
• Support QA/QC programs and compliance with regulatory requirements and design criteria.
• Monitor progress with technical dashboards and KPIs; escalate critical issues to Technical Lead.
