Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management or related field is required.
• Significant experience (typically 10+ years) in managing large infrastructure projects.
• Proven leadership in overseeing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Identify stakeholders, permitting agencies, and regulatory entities for project alignment.
• Lead construction oversight, reviewing drawings, methods, and submittals.
• Develop feasibility, design, permitting, and construction execution plans and budgets.
• Coordinate with design teams, operations, environmental teams, and subcontractors.
• Provide governance, reporting, and executive-level progress updates.
• Mentor engineering and construction personnel; support staffing decisions.
