Job summary
ACCIONA is a global company leading in regenerative infrastructure and sustainable development. The Technical Manager role supports the Technical Lead in overseeing engineering activities for the WIFA Long-Term Water Augmentation Project and coordinates multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget technical delivery.
This position requires a Civil/Mechanical/Chemical/Environmental engineering background and proven experience with large water infrastructure programs; relocation support
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline; master’s preferred.
- Proven experience on large water, wastewater, or conveyance infrastructure programs.
Responsibilities
- Engineering management and technical delivery across multidisciplinary teams.
- Design coordination and integration of diverse engineering disciplines.
- Quality, QA/QC compliance with regulatory requirements (AWWA, ASTM, NFPA, OSHA, AZ).
- Technical risk and issue management throughout project lifecycle.
- Stakeholder coordination with discipline leads, management, consultants, and regulators.
- Reporting and performance monitoring including KPIs and schedules.
