Job summary

HDR is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead complex multi-disciplinary infrastructure programs. You will advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects while directing planning, execution, and governance across many disciplines.

Expect travel and collaboration with large teams to deliver high-value projects. The role requires a decade of program management experience, and credentials such as PE/PMP/PgMP/AICP/CCM, with expertise in alternative delivery models and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CM, Sciences, Planning, Business Admin or related field.
At least one of PE/PMP/PgMP/AICP/CCM licenses recognized locally.
Minimum 10 years of program management experience; 4+ years as Senior PM.
Led delivery of three+ programs with capital value $500M+.
Proven leadership, communication, and multi-location team management.
Experience with alternative delivery methods: DB, PDB, CMAR.
Familiar with PMIS, CMIS, scheduling, cost control, and document management.
Experience in an integrated PMO with client and consultant staff.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects.
Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of program execution across disciplines.
Identify risks and issues; provide strategic guidance and resources.
Develop program management and startup plans, processes, and tools for efficiency.
Direct services by large program teams or lead a mega-project.
Foster alignment and regular communications within the team.
Secure resources and ensure contract compliance.
Monitor performance and implement QA/QC to meet client expectations.
Support growth of HDR's program management practice and pursue opportunities.
