Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant field service or technical product support experience
• Experience with water heaters (heat pump, gas, or electric) preferred
• Ability to diagnose technical product issues and guide customers
• Experience reading installation instructions, schematics, or troubleshooting materials

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical resource for customers, distributors, dealers, and service partners on installation, operation, troubleshooting, and service questions for water heaters
• Provide technical product support for application questions, startup and commissioning concerns, troubleshooting, and issue escalation
• Support in-field product investigations and root-cause analysis with engineering and quality teams
