Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Water Design Manager with 10+ years of experience in planning, design and construction of water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure across Florida. You will lead municipal water/wastewater projects, pump stations, and treatment facilities, directing technical delivery and building client relationships.

Qualifications

• 10 years of pump station design experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Florida PE License or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical execution of pump station work and provide technical leadership to our team.
• Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, and multidisciplinary teams during all project phases, from schematic design to construction.
• Engage in our national process mechanical practice, mentor junior engineers to grow our team’s capabilities in South Florida.
• Participate in Arcadis’s quality culture by performing quality assurance and control reviews of water infrastructure.
• Establish client relationships and supporting pump station marketing and pursuit efforts.
• Scoping and budgeting tasks for water infrastructure projects.
