Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Water Design Manager to join our Resilience Water Team in Florida. The role focuses on leading design and management of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure, including treatment plants and pump stations.

With 10+ years in planning, design or construction, you will guide projects, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior engineers while building client relationships to deliver high-quality municipal infrastructure across Florida.

Qualifications

• 10 years of pump station design experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Florida PE License or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and design management of water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams from schematic design to construction.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to quality assurance reviews.
• Support pump station marketing and client relationships.
