Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Water Design Manager in Florida to lead the design and delivery of municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects. You will oversee hydraulic design, treatment facilities, and pumping stations, while building strong client relationships across Florida.

With 10+ years in the field, you will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive technical excellence from schematic design through construction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pump station design experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Florida PE License or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical execution of pump station work and provide technical leadership.
• Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, and multidisciplinary teams through all project phases.
• Mentor junior engineers to grow the team's capabilities in South Florida.
• Perform QA/QC reviews as part of Arcadis' quality culture.
• Establish and maintain client relationships and support pump station marketing.
