Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Water Design Manager to lead municipal water, wastewater and stormwater projects in Florida. You will guide design teams, manage technical delivery, and build lasting client relationships across the region.

You will leverage more than 10 years of experience in planning, design, and construction of water infrastructure, including treatment plants and pump stations, to deliver high-quality solutions and mentorship to junior engineers.

Qualifications

• 10 years of pump station design experience.
• Florida PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead designer for water, wastewater and stormwater projects.
• Coordinate with clients, Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams through all project phases.
• Mentor junior engineers to grow the team’s capabilities.
• Scoping and budgeting for water infrastructure projects.
