Job summary

Arcadis U.S. Inc. in Florida seeks a Senior Water Design Manager to lead municipal water, wastewater and stormwater projects, including treatment plants and pump stations.

Requires 10+ years' design experience and a Florida PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months. You will direct technical delivery, coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior engineers, help grow our South Florida practice, contribute to client relationships, and project pursuits.

Qualifications

• 10 years of pump station design experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or a related field of study.
• Florida PE License or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and management of water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure including treatment plants and pump stations.
• Lead technical delivery of municipal water projects across Florida and build client relationships.
• Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, and multidisciplinary teams from schematic design to construction.
• Mentor junior engineers and support quality assurance and control reviews.
