Job summary

Tighe & Bond, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Wastewater Team in Portland, ME. You will lead and deliver wastewater infrastructure projects across the Northeast, collaborating with industry experts in an engaging, hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities include client relationship leadership, business development, and guiding projects from planning to construction while ensuring quality, budgets, and schedules. PE licensure and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Professional Engineer licensure required.
• Experience in consulting engineering within wastewater projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deliver wastewater infrastructure projects across the Northeast.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage relationships with private, state, and local government clients.
• Lead business development, including responding to RFPs, developing proposals, and shaping project scopes and fees.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring budgets and schedules are met and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct quality control reviews, and mentor project managers and junior staff.
• Contribute to growth of the Wastewater Team by identifying new opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Represent Tighe & Bond in industry organizations, conferences, and publications.
