Tighe & Bond's Portland, ME office seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead wastewater infrastructure projects across the Northeast. You will oversee design, permitting, asset management, and construction efforts for treatment plants, pump stations, and conveyance systems.

This role combines technical leadership with client relationships and strategic growth responsibilities. Ideal candidates hold a PE license, a civil or environmental engineering degree, and proven experience managing complex

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Substantial experience in consulting engineering within the wastewater industry.
• Licensure as a Professional Engineer.
• Proven project management experience, including budgets, schedules, and client coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership ability with mentoring and staff development.
• Self-motivated and proactive problem-solving.

Aufgaben

• Plan, design, and administer wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Serve as primary client contact with private, state, and local government clients.
• Lead business development: respond to RFPs, develop proposals, and shape project scopes and fees.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle within budgets and schedules; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct quality control, and mentor staff.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow the Wastewater Team.
• Engage in industry organizations and represent the firm.
