Coastal Waste & Recycling, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee a material recovery facility, hauling, disposal, and related post-collection operations. You will develop Operations Supervisors while ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

You will build strong relationships with municipal partners, regulators, customers, and vendors to maximize throughput and environmental compliance in a fast-growing region.

Qualificações

• Progressive leadership experience in waste management, recycling, transfer stations, landfills, environmental services, manufacturing, mining, aggregates, logistics, or heavy industrial operations.
• Experience leading leaders.
• Strong operational, environmental, and business acumen.
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee material recovery facility, hauling operations, disposal operations, and other post-collection functions.
• Develop Operations Supervisors through coaching, field observations, and succession planning.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient facility operations with strong municipal and regulatory relationships.
• Monitor throughput, staffing, equipment utilization, and costs to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Safety, Environmental, Engineering, and vendors to maximize reliability and uptime.
