Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, and oversee recruiting and hiring.
• Coordinate and manage daily activities, set schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff, and track deadlines.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility/waste issues.
• Assist in monitoring and evaluating service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform facility inspections and QA following regulations; suggest improvements and upgrades.
• Develop vendor relationships and oversee invoicing; create and review purchase orders.
