Job summary

You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, manage client relationships, and drive process improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and safe operations. The role requires a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), 5–8 years in waste management or facilities operations, and strong leadership with budget awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; valid driver's license required.
• Facility management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising and rewarding performance.
• Waste management experience and multi-site management preferred.
• Ability to lead, communicate performance expectations, and resolve problems.
• Strong leadership to motivate teams toward operational targets.
• Proficient with MS Office and solid organizational skills.
• Advanced math skills for calculating percentages and financial figures.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate daily activities, schedules, tasks and cross-training.
• Maintain positive client relationships and address facility/waste issues.
• Monitor service delivery methods for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform facility inspections and implement improvements.
• Develop vendor relationships and oversee purchase orders.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Identify and solve operational problems of moderate complexity.
• Participate in budget development and staffing estimates.
• Collaborate to ensure account and client objectives are met.
