You will present monthly warranty trend reports and mentor engineers across functions. You will apply advanced problem-solving methodologies (8D, Six Sigma, Shainin Red X, FTA) and collaborate with plants, suppliers, and OEMs to drive robust

Formación

• Hands-on automotive supplier experience in quality, reliability, or warranty roles.
• Strong Six Sigma, statistics, and advanced problem solving.
• Green Belt required; Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification strongly preferred with leadership of complex improvement projects.
• Ability to mentor engineers and transfer knowledge.
• Proven data-driven warranty analytics and customer interaction experience.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with plants, suppliers, customers, and internal teams on quality issues.
