Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for a Warehouse Trainer role. You will deliver training to new hires and seasoned staff, develop onboarding plans, and coordinate cross-functional training across the facility.

The position emphasizes coaching, safety compliance, and ongoing employee development in a fast-paced warehouse. The role supports leadership in ensuring skilled, compliant teams while maintaining high productivity and quality in daily warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or some college preferred.
• 2-4 years' experience, preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good written communication skills.
• Exhibits and practices positive communications and team building.

Responsibilities

• Provide training in individual or group settings to new hires and tenured associates.
• Develop onboarding materials and training plans for all warehouse roles.
• Lead New Employee Onboarding across leadership and general staff.
• Coach and motivate employees to meet and exceed production goals.
• Coordinate training across the warehouse ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
• Document training programs and provide refresher training as needed.
• Ensure trainees understand order accuracy procedures at each training stage.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and report unsafe activities.
