Cardinal Health Hudson, WI is seeking a Sr. Warehouse Associate - Trainer to lead training for new hires and existing staff during a Sunday-Thursday night shift. You will design onboarding programs, assess skill gaps, and coordinate cross-functional training across the warehouse to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to train others.
• Experience enabling learning in a warehouse or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides training in group and one-on-one settings for new hires and tenured staff.
• Develops training plans and onboarding programs for all warehouse roles.
• Coaches, counsels, and motivates employees to meet or exceed production goals.
• Performs skill needs assessments to identify gaps and training objectives.
• Coordinates trainings across the warehouse to ensure consistency and proper documentation.
