Job summary

Canon Business Process Services in Greenville, SC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. You will prepare bills of lading, assist with loading, and ensure accurate material counts and record keeping for shipments.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and power tools, managing inbound and outbound shipments, performing cycle counts, and maintaining shipment logs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year forklift experience.
• Experience operating power tool equipment including cherry picker, reach truck, pallet jack, etc.
• Previous experience with material handling is required.
• Must know how to properly operate a forklift.
• Working knowledge of scanning equipment, internal database tracking system, dollies and carts.
• PC Savvy with working knowledge of MS Office Programs.
• Excellent customer service, professional attitude and appearance are a must.
• Ability to work overtime & meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker, and other power tool equipment.
• Assist in handling of materials from receiving area to designated bin locations.
• Facilitate outbound shipments using proper packing methods and 3rd party delivery services.
• Fulfill orders that are ready for shipment via will call, delivery or install.
• Allocate product to appropriate rack, shelf or bin location.
• Assist with weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity.
• Maneuver through computer systems to perform duties.
• Record shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability.
• Receive and unpack materials and supplies.
• Report damages and discrepancies for reimbursement or re-shipment.
• Maintain logs of all shipments outgoing and incoming.
• Prepare monthly production and volume reports to measure productivity and charges.
• Must pass CBPS Safety Training and equipment handling procedures.
