Job summary

You will coordinate planning and execution of export orders by parcel, Ocean and Air Freight, drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring, and maintain inventory accuracy and a safe work environment while guiding and developing staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing or warehousing environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP/logistics systems.
• Experience coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, including imports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead timely and quality execution of customer orders to meet ship dates.
• Direct daily activities of on-site logistics and distribution teams.
• Plan staffing to maintain on-time order fulfillment.
• Drive continuous improvement via KPI monitoring and best practices.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and prevent expired inventory.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment.
