Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the on-site warehouse team in Marlborough, MA. You will oversee inbound, outbound, returns, inventory, and related activities, ensuring on-time execution and accurate system updates.

You will coordinate planning and execution of export orders by parcel, ocean, and air freight, drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, and maintain inventory accuracy and SOX controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing/logistics environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/logistics systems; strong inventory techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of the on-site logistics and distribution teams and carriers.
• Plan resources and staffing to maintain on-time ship dates and service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement with KPI monitoring and reporting.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and data integrity; ensure not shipping expired product.
• Oversee cycle count program; reconcile data and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, including imports, with internal and external partners.
