Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations in Cranbury, NJ to support the Warehouse Supervisor. You will help manage inbound or outbound activities on the warehouse floor, direct staff, coordinate shipment arrivals, and schedule trucks while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to work overtime, and the capacity to communicate disruptions to customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required or preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are expected.
• Experience with warehouse operations and material handling equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to assess inventory levels, submit orders, and audit warehouse operations.
• Direct floor workflows: packing, unloading, shipping, and delivery scheduling.
• Analyze data to monitor productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors on priorities and inventory.
• Assist in inbound/outbound workload forecasting to plan labor.
• Assist in inventory management and stock/shipment tasks.
