The Everest Search Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Hopedale, MA to oversee 20+ employees in the operations area and coordinate inventory, receiving, storage, and shipping activities. This on-site, full-time role requires strong attention to accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include planning schedules, adjusting staffing, training, and maintaining computerized inventory records and performance metrics to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mansioni

• Supervises and coordinates the activities of workers in ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials.
• Maintains inventory records and cycles counts; audits as needed.
• Plans inbound/outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Assigns staff and adjusts work assignments based on workload.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed and employees are trained.
