Job summary

Jordan's is seeking a Warehouse Leader to oversee the Warehouse, Showroom, Housekeeping, and Clearance departments in a fast-paced retail environment in Avon, MA. You will lead operations, build strong teams, and drive customer experience while managing large-scale projects and safety standards.

You will hire, train, coach, and evaluate associates across multiple departments, determine staffing needs, and partner with Distribution Centers to ensure smooth merchandise flow and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of leadership experience in a retail, warehouse, distribution, or operations environment.
• 7+ years of experience in retail operations, warehouse management, showroom operations, housekeeping, or related areas.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams across multiple departments.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, warehouse operations, and facilities management.
• Understanding of workplace safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational systems.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate equipment and work at elevated heights when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Warehouse, Showroom, Housekeeping, and Clearance departments.
• Hire, train, coach, motivate, and evaluate associates while building a highly engaged team environment.
• Determine staffing levels and workforce needs to support operational and business goals.
• Manage the flow of merchandise through receiving, storage, showroom placement, and clearance areas.
• Oversee clearance merchandising, inventory movement, pricing decisions, profitability, and product turnover.
• Ensure showroom presentation, warehouse equipment, and facility systems are maintained and operating effectively.
• Coordinate merchandise movement and inventory management with Distribution Centers and corporate partners.
• Lead departmental process improvements and maintain supply inventories to support efficient operations.
• Manage housekeeping programs and facility standards to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Oversee large-scale projects including store improvements, facility upgrades, and new store initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and company standards.
