Job summary

LHH in Jacksonville, FL seeks an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and team performance. This hands-on role requires coordinating receiving and shipping, managing inventory, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehouse/logistics and 2+ years in a leadership position, with strong knowledge of ERP/WMS/SAP and safety compliance.

Qualifications

5+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or inventory management.
2+ years in warehouse leadership or management.
Strong knowledge of receiving, shipping, inventory control, and operations.
Experience managing hourly warehouse employees.
Familiarity with ERP, WMS, SAP or similar systems.
Forklift/equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, picking, packing, storage, and inventory control.
Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff while maintaining accountability for performance.
Monitor inventory levels, cycle counts, stock accuracy, and discrepancies.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, customers, and transportation partners.
Ensure materials are received, stored, labeled, and distributed properly.
Prepare and review operational reports and key performance metrics.
