Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of cold storage experience required.
• Experience in production-based/fast-paced environments.
• Warehouse performance management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all activities related to operations and development of company products.
• Establish production and quality control standards, budgets, and cost controls.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities with other functions and suppliers for optimum utilization.
• Train employees and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Review reports and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues to minimize delays.
• Direct supervision of multiple departments and staff responsibilities.
