Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in operations management, showroom leadership, or similar hands-on leadership role.
• Physically capable of lifting 100+ lbs with care and confidence.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to hold a team accountable on the floor.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to create, improve, and enforce systems for daily operations.
• Experience managing inventory control, shipping/receiving, packing, repairs, and workflow.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where standards matter.
• Strong communication with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing and Leadership teams.
• Experience in luxury goods, architectural materials, or high-touch products preferred.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to completing projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming and outgoing inventory with accuracy, urgency, and full accountability
• Ensure all orders are packed, shipped, and fulfilled on time while maintaining high care and presentation
• Oversee showroom merchandising, organization, cleanliness, and repairs to reflect luxury standards
• Lead the operations team by setting clear expectations and delegating responsibilities
• Monitor and reduce shipping damages and inventory shrinkage through strong process control
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and reconcile with system records
• Build, improve, and enforce operational systems and SOPs for inventory management and daily workflow
• Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure product availability and order fulfillment
• Work with Marketing to ensure new inventory is showroom-ready for photography and promotion
• Respond to client and internal operational requests within 24 hours with urgency
• Order and manage operational supplies and equipment
• Protect CEO's time by solving day-to-day issues and ensuring predictable operations
• Lead from the floor by example with high standards across operations
