Job summary
Top Talent LLC is seeking a Warehouse Sales Manager to drive new business and revenue growth across warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment services. The role targets clients in e-commerce, retail, CPG, and manufacturing, with a focus on pallet storage, pick/pack, and value-added services.
Collaborate with Operations, Billing, and IT to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate pricing, and successful contract launches. Travel 10–25% for site visits and events as needed.
Qualifications
- 4-10+ years of sales or business development in warehousing, 3PL, fulfillment, or logistics services
- Proven ability to build a sales pipeline and close long-term contracts
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, pricing models, and capacity planning
- Experience conducting facility tours and presenting operational capabilities
- Established network of prospective warehouse customers and broker relationships (advantage)
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new warehousing clients across multiple industries
- Present customized warehousing and fulfillment solutions with pricing
- Lead contract negotiations for multi-month and multi-year warehousing agreements
- Monitor market trends and develop strategic sales plans for key verticals
- Collaborate with Operations, Billing, and IT to ensure onboarding and SLAs are met
