Qualifications

• 5–10 years of 3PL distribution sales experience with a top 25 provider
• Strong industry knowledge with national and global networks
• Proven ability to prospect and develop new business
• Solid sales background in a goal-driven environment
• Excellent presentations and communication; ability to engage at the C-level
• Analytical thinker with value-based selling approach
• Willingness to travel 30–50%

Responsibilities

• Drive new business with a pipeline >$30M via active prospecting
• Retain and grow existing customers with strategic plans
• Develop competitive solutions and compelling proposals
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to innovate selling
• Maintain regular contact with customers and conduct business reviews
• Monitor account performance and profitability
• Contribute to rate schedules and contracts for new and existing business
• Maintain CRM, pipeline and customer data in Salesforce
• Aim to execute >$5M annualized new business within 12–24 months
• Travel 30–50% as required
