Red E, LLC is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.

This role focuses on safe, organized, accurate, and efficient operations; build the team, implement process improvements, and ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehousing and 2+ years leadership, proficient with ERP/WMS and Excel, and is ready to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse, logistics, or related operations.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong inventory management and control knowledge.
• Experience with ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems.
• Proficient Excel and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Experience in agricultural equipment or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and inventory.
• Hire, train, and develop warehouse staff while fostering team culture.
• Prioritize workloads to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; lead cycle counts.
• Investigate discrepancies and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound freight and shipping activities.
• Maintain organized warehouse layout to optimize flow.
• Use data/metrics to monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to support inventory availability.
