Job summary

Sun Technologies, Inc. in Foothill Ranch, CA is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-lifecycle recruitment across designated business functions, with a focus on warehouse-related roles.

The position requires building partnerships with hiring managers, delivering candidate pipelines, and implementing sourcing strategies. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with HR, and participate in recruitment events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years recruiting experience across retail, corporate, consumer or supply chain.
• Experience implementing recruitment processes in partnership with HR.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative, prioritize, influence and partner at all levels.
• Experience with change management and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, recruit, and present high-quality, diverse talent to Hiring Managers.
• Build proactive partnerships to understand staffing needs and issues.
• Execute strategies to source diverse pools via cold-calling, networking, and social methods.
• Participate in strategy meetings with hiring managers and HR.
• Advise on hiring techniques and legal considerations.
• Guide candidates and HR partners through every stage of the hiring process.
• Gathers competitive intelligence and creates search strategies and presentations.
• Generates recruitment reports and candidate trackers.
• Contributes to recruitment projects and leads events as required.
