Job summary

Belcan seeks a Senior Recruiter (Contract) to lead full-lifecycle recruitment for junior to mid-level roles in Foothill Ranch, CA. You will work onsite with hiring teams, conduct market analysis, and implement creative sourcing strategies to fill open positions.

Responsibilities include candidate assessment, stakeholder partnership, and ensuring timely talent delivery while adhering to compliance and best practices across recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years recruiting experience across retail/corporate/supply chain.
• Ability to influence, negotiate and partner with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, recruit and present candidates to Hiring Managers.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build diverse candidate pools.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to align on staffing needs and timelines.
• Lead recruitment projects and participate in virtual/in-person events as needed.
• Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and maintain accurate data.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree

MBA or advanced degree (preferred)
