Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a proactive recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for warehouse and related roles in our Colorado operations. You will partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, source candidates proactively, and guide stakeholders through the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and relationship-building with hiring managers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting in corporate settings is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and timelines.
