CorpTemps Staffing in Riverside, CA is seeking a high-volume recruiter to own the Inland Empire market. You’ll source, screen, and place candidates fast across light industrial roles, managing 40+ open requisitions at a time and building pipelines before peak season hits.

You’ll use Bullhorn or Avionte, handle full-cycle recruiting, and communicate effectively with warehouse workers and plant managers alike to drive placement speed and quality.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting or high-volume staffing experience (light industrial a big plus).
• Comfort with fast turnaround and high requisition loads.
• Strong phone and in-person communication — you can talk to a warehouse associate and a plant manager in the same hour.
• Experience with Bullhorn, Avionte, or similar ATS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill light industrial roles — pickers, packers, forklift operators, material handlers, assemblers, machine operators, general labor — across Riverside and the Inland Empire
• Run full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, schedule, onboard, and follow up
• Manage 40+ open requisitions at a time and move candidates from application to start date fast
• Build pipelines before peak season hits, not after
• Source through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
• Handle first-day follow-ups, attendance issues, and associate escalations
• Keep clean records in our ATS and stay compliant with I-9 and E-Verify
