Job summary

Burbank Housing Development Corp is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across the organization, partnering with hiring managers to forecast workforce needs and implement effective sourcing strategies.

You will screen, interview, extend offers, coordinate pre-employment steps, and oversee onboarding and early integration, while building strong talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume, specialized, professional, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers.
• Ability to develop sourcing strategies and pipelines.
• Experience with structured evaluation tools.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for positions across the organization, including high-volume, specialized, professional, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Develop proactive recruiting strategies and maintain talent pipelines.
• Screen candidates via phone and virtual interviews with structured assessment.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring discussions with hiring managers and panels.
• Oversee onboarding and coordination with IT, Training, Yardi, and other departments.
