Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a logistics, distribution, or relevant environment.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex operations, multiple teams, or shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct staff meetings to review daily and weekly work activities and plan workload.
• Lead and oversee multi-shift, high-complexity operations within the facility.
• Provide coaching and guidance to Supervisors and team members.
• Partner with Operations Management to support staffing strategies and workload forecasting.
• Drive productivity, service, safety, and KPI achievement.
• Support cost control initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
