Nordstrom is seeking an Operations Manager for our Value Added Service - Goods on Hanger team. The role leads a 20-person warehouse crew, coaches staff, and drives safety, quality and performance while managing budgets and expenditures.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training personnel, implementing process improvements, and monitoring KPI metrics to deliver on the customer promise. Excellent communication and data-analysis skills are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Proven ability to implement continuous improvement actions.
• Experience developing leadership in others.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs and metrics.
• Hands-on with warehouse management software and databases.
• Ability to analyze data and act on improvement opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades
