CTDI is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Flower Mound, TX to lead a warehouse team, monitor goods movement, and drive efficient inventory and distribution operations. The role supports P&L and SLA achievement, with first shift hours and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of logistics leadership experience.
• Experience operating warehouse distribution equipment and maintaining inventory.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team responsible for monitoring the movement of goods and maintaining inventory levels.
• Assists in warehousing, distribution, and inventory management strategies.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and action items.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements for accuracy and timing.
• Provide training on procedures and processes.
• Draft action plans to improve efficiency and quality.
• Communicate with management and customers to meet SLAs.
