Job summary

Medline is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Perryville, Maryland distribution center. On-site role overseeing daily production, order fulfillment, and warehouse activities to ensure high performance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, relevant work experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Certified as a CDR by the State of Florida to ensure compliant operations and handling of pharmaceutical product.
• 3 to 5 years supervisory experience, with demonstrated abilities supporting personnel, and warehouse employees.
• Effective communicator in both group and individual settings. Excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse activities and oversee daily production and order fulfillment.
• Establish operational procedures for incoming/outgoing shipments, materials handling, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead daily processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment with strong operational performance.
• Support HR processes, staffing, performance management, and training at the local facility.
